DHM: Script to kill zeroes on ca_objects.measurements
Description
Darthmouth's PastPerfect XML has zeroes in every measurements tags, rather than blanks.
These are getting inserted into ca_objects.measurements
Can we kill all the instances of "0" and "0.00" in the following:
ca_objects.measurements.dimensions_length, ca_objects.measurements.dimensions_width, ca_objects.measurements.dimensions_height

Same as with the ampersands. If we're running this import again we should add a rule to omit these. If the imported system we have running is it, then I'll write a script to fix it.

Unfortunately, this is the one. Karin has already started editing in the system. (Her and I discussed the pros and cons of doing that).
