Concepts under deleted keyword in hierarchy not deleted but also no longer visible

Description

I deleted a concept in our keywords list hierarchy titled Arboretum Years, and I assumed with this deletion that the "child" concepts that lived under this concept would also delete. They did not delete with the deletion of the "parent" concept, but now I can no longer see or gain access to these ghost "child" concepts. They still appear in records and in the list of keywords to browse by in Pawtucket, but I can no longer pull up these keyword concept records in Providence under the keywords list hierarchy. Is there a way to make them visible again so that these concepts can be officially deleted? The "child" concepts I need to delete are: Arboretum 1920s-1930s, Arboretum 1940s-1950s, Arboretum 1960s-1970s, Arboretum 1980s-1990s, Arboretum 2000s-2010s, Arboretum Before 1920. I have attached a screenshot of the keywords list missing these terms in providence as well and pawtucket and object records still showing them as keywords.
