Update shipped profiles to conform to current XML schema
Description
As reported by a user in http://collectiveaccess.org/support/forum/index.php?p=/discussion/299233/installation-with-dacs-heritage#latest :
Many of the profiles are out of date and no longer validate. We need to weed out profiles that are so organization-specific that they are of limited utility, and update the remainder.
