Add option to force inclusion of media in Excel search/browse result downloads
Description
Add app.conf option to force media to be included in Excel (XLSX) files created from search/browse results from the current results display. The app.conf option should allow selection of the media version to be included. Media should only be added to output if the selected display has no media already included.

Added new <table>_always_include_primary_representation_media_in_xlsx_output to support forcing of media.
For example, to ensure that the "medium" representation is included in Excel output when the display doesn't already include a representation placement add this to app.conf:
ca_objects_always_include_primary_representation_media_in_xlsx_output = medium
