Added new expression idnoUseCount() function in expression engine. Also added rough expressions documentation to manual (https://manual.collectiveaccess.org/reference/expressions.html)

Expression to detect dupe idno would be: idnoUseCount(^ca_objects.idno) > 1

idnoUseCount() takes an idno as its first parameter and, optionally, a table as it's second. If the table is omitted ca_objects is assumed. It returns the number of times the idno is currently used. > 1 means dupes.
