Data dictionary prompts don't always show and/or apply to correct bundles

Interactive alerts generated by rules defined in the "data dictionary" feature don't always appear on relevant editor screens or apply to specific bundles a properly when the bundles are type-restricted or relationship-type-restricted relationship bundles.

Also, some bundles with alerts do not have the correct editor screen name attached to them in the editor inspector.
