Invalid "bottom line" templates in displays break search/browse results paging

When the bottom line format for a display placement is set to a non-empty value but does not contain tags search/browse result paging become non-functional. Next and previous buttons work but the results displayed are always from the first page.

This is due to how invalid templates are handled in the bottom line template processor (caProcessBottomLineTemplateForPlacement() in displayHelpers)
