Implemented in develop branch. Includes CSV-format reports for skipped files and errors. Reports may be downloaded in-browser upon completion of import or obtained as attachments from the optional media import email notification.

-the file exports as a .txt although if you re-save as a .csv it works
-would it be possible to add separate column for the reason the file errored (ie. differentiate between "could not be matched" and "already exists"? The bulk of the time I spend generating these reports for clients is finding and copy/pasting the "could not be matched" rows.

I've adjusted the file extensions and changes things so existing vs no match have different statuses in the log
