Add boolean literals to expression syntax

      Description

      Add boolean "true" and "boolean" false literals to the expression syntax to simplify testing of function return values. Currently there's no easy way to test a function for falseness, for example.

      With literals added one could do it like this:

      isDateRange("1950's") = false
