Allow ingest of media representations via service-specific urls

Add facility to allow ingest of media using various types of urls, from standard resource urls to service-specific urls for GoogleDrive, Internet Archive. Should be pluggable to simplify expansion in the future to services such as YouTube and Vimeo.
