It would be very useful in an objectSplitter to map out relatedObjectLots, relatedCollections, relatedStorageLocations all at once for new objects that have been split off from the current object.
This type of relationship creation is currently supported only from within a splitter for entities within the entitySplitter (see relatedEntities here: http://wiki.collectiveaccess.org/wiki/Data_Importer#entitySplitter)

I had a use for this where I had an entity attribute on an interstitial and I wanted an entitySplitterRefinery to populate the ID for the entity attribute. Still a couple of weeks before I'm back on the project but I can certainly see how it would be useful (but can definately not see how on earth it would be possble ). My specific use case was on interstitials in the listItemSplitter refinery (the name of the person (entity) who identified the specimen (object) to a particular scientific name (list item)). I know I probably ask too much but hey if you don't ask you don't get.
