      Description

Older versions of CA didn't set default values for some fields (rank, is_template, commenting_status, Etc.) that are sometimes rightfully omitted from queries. Some recent installs of MySQL set the STRICT_TRANS_TABLES sql_mode option which demands unreferenced fields in INSERT statements have default values.

We need to create a database migration that adds default values for all fields.
